We aim to have all reports returned in full to you within 24 hours from the time of the appointment. These are sent to you by email and accessible from your portal.

What We Keep an Eye Out For

Detailed Photographs

We use a professional camera for all photography. This ensures no photo is too blurry to make out. They are time and date stamped, avoiding any dispute of when the photo was taken.  

Who Is Responsible? 

Easily identify what is clear damage caused by a tenant or acceptable wear and tear. Avoid accusing tenants wrongfully for areas that weren't their fault and ultimately avoid disputes. 

Meter Readings

We know how important it is to keep your costs down. That is why we take meter readings on the day so you only pay for the gas/electric used whilst the property is empty. No more estimated readings and fights with providers! 

Keys

We make sure you get back all keys and parking permits/fobs handed out at the start of the tenancy. No need to change locks or order new permits!
